THE CHALLENGE

A swimming pool of this size consumes large amounts of hot and cold water for pipe flushing, showers, and filtration. But exactly how much? That was unknown. Flushing cycles were carried out based on intuition and routine, not on data.

Commissioned by Acqua Systems, Mithra installed flow sensors in the hot and cold water pipes at the mixing valves. Real-time insight into water consumption per pipe, per flush, per day.
